Car Rental Terms & Conditions - Airport Car Agadir

Welcome to Airport Car SARL. Below you will find our transparent, fair, and easy-to-understand rental terms. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Driver Age and License Requirements

  • Minimum Age: The driver must be at least 21 years old for economy cars (e.g., Dacia Sandero) and 23 years old for SUVs or premium vehicles.

  • License Validity: A valid national driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.

  • International Driving Permit (IDP): European and UK national licenses written in Latin characters are fully accepted. An international license is only required if your national permit is not in Latin script.

2. Payment Methods & Security Deposit

  • Flexible Payment: We accept payments via debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, or cash (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams) upon vehicle delivery.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price confirmed during your online booking is fixed. No unexpected terminal taxes or credit card processing fees will be added.

  • Security Deposit: If you select our Standard Insurance, a security deposit (excess) will be authorized. If you purchase our Premium Zero Excess Protection, no security deposit is required at the counter.

3. Vehicle Delivery & Flight Delays (Meet & Greet)

  • Flight Tracking: We request your flight number during checkout. Our team monitors Agadir Airport (AGA) arrivals in real-time.

  • No Delay Penalties: If your flight is delayed, our representative will still wait for you at the arrivals gate with a name sign at no extra charge.

4. Fuel and Mileage Policies

  • Fuel Policy: We operate a Like-for-Like (Same-to-Same) fuel policy. You return the car with the same amount of fuel received.

  • Mileage: All our rentals come with unlimited mileage across Morocco.

5. Driving Restrictions

  • Geographic Limit: Vehicles can be driven anywhere on public paved roads within Morocco (e.g., Taghazout, Marrakech, Essaouira).

  • Off-Road Ban: Driving on unpaved tracks, beaches, or dunes is strictly prohibited (except for authorized 4x4 vehicles). Crossing national borders outside Morocco is not permitted.
